Why can't I index files on a network share so I can find specific files on my Qnap? I already did a Copernic desktop search but can't make selections with the results. Am I doing something wrong? I need help in Copernic desktop search Qnap on Windows XP 64 bit. Thanks.

Thanks for raising the problem. Indexing feature is yet to be included in QNAP NAS. That's why you are unable to index it.
In this case using Copernic desktop search premium/corporate edition should help to index network share but not the home edition as the feature is unavailable in this edition.
But then again Copernic desktop search has its own limitation it can index the file of QNAP but can't give the option for copy-pasting the results specially for file like images.
