I have been working as a customer support representative from the Phils, and I was hired recently to work for the Russian via home based here in the Phils.
The problem is that the site only considers ip address from russia, so please help me because I need a free Russians ip address download.

IP addresses are unique identifiers over the internet. They are regionally based and assigned by your internet provider to allow access to the internet.
You will not be able to send or receive anything if you change your IP to others not within your range.
You can, however, hide your source IP from the destination machine by using proxy servers in the region you need.
