I am facing some problems on my PC, and I want to run it in safe mode. Does anyone know how to boot in safe mode in windows 8.1?
There are many ways to boot into safe mode, but the best and easiest method is,
Push down the power button which you can find at the login screen, or you can select it from the settings. After this, press and hold the shift key and click restart.
You will be asked to choose, select troubleshoot and then in the troubleshoot screen go to advanced options. Select Startup settings from the advanced options screen. Your device will then restart and will give you many options to start, select the safe mode settings which you want.
