I have just upgraded and now my Active Directory cannot talk to Spice Works anymore. The users are unable to log in and submit helpdesk requests. Can anybody help?

Check the SpiceWork's version, this should be up-to-date. Check this out in the lower left corner of the app, point the cursor or hover over the pepper. Check if the version is the latest and up-to-date app, if not then upgrade the software on the link provided below.

After updating the software, reboot the SpiceWorks server and launched the desktop app and you need to log-in to the application. Go to the inventory at the very top then go to people by hovering the mouse pointer. It should list down the AD OU's.

Go and click to Peopole coming from the inventory list and this should display the people's invetory page. You should be able to view the AD environment but if not, then search using the search  bar and type the name you want to research. It should scan and it'll display once auto-complete is finished.
