I have a symbian mobile (Nokia E71) and recently it is showing some problems.

When I use Opera Mini 12 for browsing in web it is showing an error message which says

"General memory full close some applications".

After this message all my other applications will automatically close.

Now it is coming frequently. I don't know what to do, I try deleting items from phone memory, no change.

Some one please give me a solution.

  • This message shows when the RAM memory is full. If you have installed a program or open a program which you forget to close and the program is using your RAM memory so you have to close the program or uninstall that program.

And if it doesn’t work here is another solution:

  • You have to format the phone. And this will delete all the data on your phone and set to default settings. So make sure you have the backup of you phone. To format, type in *#7370# as you dialing a number. Make sure your phone's firmware is up to date as well.
