My USB Device is disconnected and reattached. Duplicate name appears on the device manager. What do you think is the solution for this? Does the firmware of the device need to be updated? or is the device corrupt or bad?
There is a problem in your USB device. This frequently happens in every PC. The cause of your duplicate name appearing is because the device that you entered is an unknown USB device.

Run a disk check on your hard drive to check it for file structure errors, cross-linked file errors, incorrect or misreported free disk space. Use your disk utility application if you have any or just use Windows disk check.
Connect again your USB device to the computer. If duplicate names still appear in the Device Manager but you can use the device with no problem, then just keep it that way.
