I have a problem playing the videos

Hallo to you,

I have a problem playing the videos that I have recorded from my phone of my son playing. These videos are extremely important to me, and I need to play and view them in my computer, however, when I try to play the videos, an error occurs and refuses to play.

On the window media player, it plays on the background, and all can hear are the sounds and not the video itself. I do not know what to do, but I would love some of your advice to correct this error.

I would appreciate as much if your help yields out.

I am saying this to you because, I think you have a broken driver.

One reason why driver is broken is because the improper way of removing your driver. Driver leftover will cause a problem. That's the reason why most drivers crashed.

Reboot and  clean them out, once you've perfectly downloaded the program.
