I have a problem with my Facebook online users contact list. During a chat session I was automatically terminated due to the low internet connection. I reset my internet connection and got back to my Facebook.
When suddenly realized that I cannot view my online user contact listings.
How can I resolve this issue?

That may be your internet connection was turned off suddenly.
So, when it comes back, your Facebook cannot recognize your user contact list.
You should logout your Facebook, reset your computer, wait for excellent signal of internet connection, and then login to Facebook again.
I think it will work fluency again.

You are facing this problem due to your slow internet connection, when you reset your connection it re-established the connection and got you back to the Facebook but doesn’t get enough speed to build it properly so you can’t view the online user.
The best way to get rid of it is change your connection; you can use 256kbps connections, with this speed you can surf easily.
If you want to surf faster then you need a connection about 512kbps or higher.
If you can't change your connection then you can use a browser which is compatible with slow speed like "Opera Mini".
You can also turn your image quality too low to provide more support.
In Facebook, pages are live. Every page on the site detects your connection. It can sense if your connection has disconnected or if the connection has been restored. You will also notice it yourself if your machine went offline or got disconnected from the internet because the “Chat” section on the bottom right corner will display “Chat (Disconnected).”
But if you are online, “Chat” is displayed with a tiny green dot next to it.
Also, when you are offline, none of your contacts are visible. They will only appear when you are online. If you always have a slow connection, the best remedy is to use the Opera browser when chatting on Facebook. In Opera, you can activate the “Opera Turbo” feature which works best during extremely low connection speed.
If your contacts list is still inaccessible after fixing your connection, just refresh the page and it should go back to normal.
