I have problem authenticating my email settings

Good day!

I have been making an effort to authenticate email settings. When I enter my BIS username and password I get a notification thus “username/ password is incorrect”. Once my SP (Service provider) verifies my username, I choose the “forgot password" alternative which prompts an error “device cannot connect to application server”.

Anyone clarify me this…

This is something to do with the password remember by the email client is incorrect. The best way to resolve this issue is to call your ISP again and let them reset the password. After you have a password, let them walk you through in changing it, personalized the password that is something easy to remember that won't compromise security.

On BlackBerry Smartphone
Click on Options and Settings
Go to Device, Advanced System Settings, Host Routing Table (4.1 to 5.0)
Advanced Options, Host Routing Table (3.7.1 to 4.0.2)
Go to Network (3.0 to 3.7)
Go to Network Settings (2.0 to 2.7)
The Press Menu key then click Register Now
