I am answering questions here but there was a time when I answer a question, I can't see my post. I have posted it 3 times or more, the page tells me that it was success but I can't see it in the question below. I just want to make comment about this because I think this is important for the admin to know because this might happen to others.

Make sure that your internet connection isn't the problem. If not:
What I believe is that your answer was not verified by the admin or was deleted for some reason. Your answer may not be originally composed. That is one no no in this site. Make sure that nothing is copied from another site.
All the contents here are checked on copyscape so no plagiarism. Make sure all information you encode in are TRUE and not from own knowledge or self guesses. Also check your spelling and grammar.

Well the short answer is:
When a user enters a URL, your browser connects to your internet connection and then asks the connections DNS (domain name server) and basically searches for the address of the requested page. Once it finds it the DNS server forwards it back to the users browser and the browser connects you to the site.
Temporarily storing image files and displaying text. So if there is a break down in the chain it will take a longer time to load the page. You can try Google chrome browser. And if it does not work you check your internet services provider.
