Hi techyv,

I have a Macbook pro with Mavericks has a Skydrive issue. I have been sync my files till today and now it crashes just for no reason. I tried restarting and checking the services and logs and all seem to be fine.

Any ideas on how to solve this issue?

I even reinstalled SkyDrive but no luck.

Hi,

Just uninstall the Skydive by using the AppCleaner. Because when you uninstall any software by using delete option in Mac. The library files remain in the library. So using the listed software above the library files are also deleted and when you reinstall the software it creates the new library files. Just uninstall the skydive from this software and reinstall. It will fix your issue.

Thanks.

Hi Yehia,

To fix Skydrive issues you can follow the below steps it will effective to resolve the issues:

First close the client with your Skydirve and try to find Library folder just open FINDER and while holding down the OPTION key click on GO.

Now Library appears in the list of places where you go on

After then delete all .dat files from the folder location: ~/Library/Containers/com.microsoft.skydrive-mac/Data/Library/Application Support/SkyDrive/settings, and finally try again to sync.

Hope this may help to mitigate your problem issues.
