I got a Windows Script Host error. Attached is a picture of the error dialog. I am not very good at things like this. I don’t even know where to start.

Please tell me what it means and what I must do to fix my system.
I got a Windows Script Host error
It means that there is an error in the code of that js file. Which is a java script file. I am not sure whether it is a problem when you are accessing the web page of it is a problem that you are facing when you have written your own code.
If it a problem that you are facing when you are accessing the web page then I would suggest to contact the administrator of that website he will guide the resolution for this because the it is a code error.
If it is code written by you then check the line 3 character 10337 in your code. Probably it could be the error because of some incorrect code that you may have written.
You can do one more thing also. just update the java in your system and make sure you enabled the java in your browser.

the msxml3.dll file cannot be located mean the file is deleted or cant be access to solve your problem
solution :
1. Run a system restore date back where the error doesn't appear
2. Run a Antivirus / Malware software.
3.) Download msxml3.dll https://www.dll-files.com/msxml3.dll.html
4.) use tuneuputilities or Registry cleaner to be able to fix some registry error.

This error report indicates that your computer is infected i.e. vital information resources. The system is corrupted and created a bad sector in your system device. What about current Antivirus? If your running Antivirus is not up to date use an updated version of Antivirus to solve this problem.
You have to keep in mind that the updated version Antivirus is capable to protect your computer. Did you ever try to reboot your system? You can also reboot your system carefully formatting your hard disk. But it is up to your requirement. It may also get the problem solved. But be careful about your updated Antivirus.
