Hello friends,

I got some iPhone email problems.  My iPhone 4s seems not getting email from a business partner, while on a vacation trip I still have to check all the upcoming appointments. My secretary and business associates keep on sending emails in my yahoomail and gmail account but it seems like it doesn’t appear in my iPhone and when I checked it in my laptop the emails are visible and did exists. What should I do? I need to keep my iPhone updated to receive emails.

Thanks and Regards,

Vanessa Onnoya.

Hi,
Try these solutions one by one.
1. Tap on settings
2. In settings go to Mail, Contacts and Calendar.
3. Tap on Fetch New Data.
4. Now set the time over there.
Now check the solution. Did it work for you. If not try this.
4. Reset your settings.
5. Delete your email accounts and restart your mobile and then setup the mail account once again.
Hope these solutions will solve your problem.

Hi Vanessa,

As I read through your issue it seems that there are many possibilities to what may cause it. Well, since you are on a vacation trip as you mentioned, it can be a connectivity problem or email setting on your iPhone.

If it is a connectivity problem:
Check if Airplane mode is ON, since it will disable all wireless connectivity.

Make sure that you are connected to a Wi-Fi or your cellular data is on.
You can check both into the SETTINGS of the phone

If this is not connectivity problem, check your email settings: FETCH DATA, and set it accordingly to push all emails to your iPhone.

The last resort if issue persists is to delete the email account and recreate it again.

Good luck!
