I checked the webpage of Digital Certificate Installation. But there was a display error of Netscape showing “CSI/Java is not installed”. I was wondering why this happens, because I already installed the CD in my computer. What will I do?

Hello Leishalynn,

You are getting that error possibly because you have not enabled the java tool in your Netscape navigator browser, and therefore I will advise that you do that and see if it will solve the problem. But in case you have already enabled the java tool but then there is a problem with the applets, then you will have to go to the Netscape navigator browser and enable java from there.

To enable the java from your browser, you will need to go to the browser menu and click on tools and then choose internet options. From the window that will open you will select custom level which is under the security tab, and then you will locate the 'scripting of java applets from the list' and then enable it by checking the radio button. When you are done with that click OK.

That should help you solve the problem you are having.
