Hi All ,
I have installed Kies on my computer and I have been using it to download apps. The problem is whenever even if I choose the correct model number and eventually download the app itself, I get an error message saying that the app is not compatible. I am certain that the apps I download is compatible with my Samsung device and yet I still receive the same error message. I hope you can explain to me why I am encountering this problem, and what I can do about it. Thank you.

I can't see any problems why you can't download such application when you are sure that you are downloading the right application which is compatible with your Samsung device. All I can suggest you is fins another tools that you can use in downloading applications. But if you really like Kies to download such applications on your computer, visit the link below and check out your computer's compatibility in downloading applications:

And another think that you should always remember is to connect your device to be able to install properly the applications that you have downloaded. I hope it helps.
