Hello experts please help me with the issue gear pro master. I installed it correctly but  I cannot convert or burn CD. Operating system is Windows 7 (32 bit). I can see the device but it provides no information (option grayed).

This problem has many reasons behind this.
The first thing is this, you have chosen an outdated source of the Gear Pro Master.
In fact the version of software that you have installed is not supported with 32 bit operating system.
Please download the version that is fully supported with the windows 7 32 bit operating system.
The other reason is this.
The software that you have installed is not detecting your burning media. Means this software is not supporting your device which burns data to CD or DVD.
Please check these things and you will find the solution.

If you installed GEAR PRO Mastering, check the system requirements again and make sure your computer meets those requirements. GEAR PRO Mastering supports Windows XP Service Pack 2, Windows Vista, Windows 7, and Windows 8.x including Windows Server 2003. It requires 500 MHz Intel or equivalent AMD or faster processor, 128 MB RAM, 25 MB free space, and CD or DVD writer.
If you verify that your computer meets the requirements but it doesn’t work, see if your installation is expired. GEAR PRO Mastering can be downloaded for free as trial version. The trial period works only for fifteen (15) days. Beyond this period, the program will stop working and you need to buy it. If you wish to continue using it, you have to purchase the software for $599.
