Hello,

I hear your concern regarding this matter. I suggest that you correctly input the right activation key. Read carefully and enter the code that provided to you in the CD of the antivirus. Or if you only downloaded it in the internet find some forums that provides activation keys or download key generators if there are some.

Hi,

If it is not the installation itself that is having an issue, we might be looking at other issues here. These are some of them:

  • Firewall settings – if your Windows firewall (assuming you are using Windows operating system for this one) is too protected, chances are that it will block any new installation that may eventually block itself. These kind of software usually has its own firewall so it might conflict with your existing firewall which is built in on Windows. You may want to lower the settings of your Windows firewall for the meantime and as soon as you are done installing Kaspersky, you may want to bring back the settings of your firewall.   • Incorrect system date – the system date on your computer is either incorrect or set to an earlier time. The installation will track your installation date (for warranty purpose later) so you have to make sure that your date is correct. In case the year was set to an even earlier year, it will be generating an error such as the one above. You can check the date at the bottom right screen of your window where you can see the time.   • Internet connection loss – if you are downloading it from a site, then your internet connection might have stopped while you are in the middle of it. Check if you are still connected with trying other sites first. If it is working, look at other issues listed here

  • Has it been a year since you bought it and you are going to install it just now? Your license key validity is only for a year.

  • Click :"Activate trial version"
  • Click Next
  • Click Finish
  • Click Update
  • Click Update Run Update 100%
  • Click Manage License
  • Click on Enter Activation Code
  • Enter the 20 activation code
  • Click Next
  • Click Finish
