company gave me some accounts of that sites . There I found Ftp account and password . Without
it I can run or modify my sites. But unfortunately I do not know what is Ftp account and its work.
Wihout it or if I forget or delete my Ftp accounts have any problem .

Yes of course you will face problem if you lost or delete FTP account and password. You need to save the password for future. May be you can run or modify your sites and also upload and delete without it. But you don’t know something.
FTP means File Transfer Protocol. It is a set of rule about your hosting and data flow control. It is necessary for connectivity of your hosting with hosting company. That’s way hosting company gave you an account of that FTP site. Do not ignore it. May be it is not needed now but it will be helpful.

There are two ways to upload files to your site. First is using your hosting service’s file manager from the control panel. Second option is using FTP.
For me, I prefer the first option but other webmasters prefer the FTP method. To use FTP to upload contents to your site, you no longer need to create a new FTP account because you already have one from your hosting plan. You just need to set a new password for that FTP account.
But basically, your FTP password is the same as your control panel password like some hosting providers do. Also, if you’re on premium account, you are allowed to create multiple FTP accounts aside from the default one given to you.
To get the information about your FTP account, log in to your hosting service then go to control panel then look for “FTP Accounts” or something similar and then click it.
When uploading contents via FTP, you need to have the FTP host name, port number, and the password. You also need to install an FTP client on your computer so you can upload contents via FTP. The best client for this job is FileZilla.
