i have bought a new microphone for my PC just last week and now i'm encountering some problems. my PC is not able to detect the microphone. it always gives me a response of "no USB mass storage device detected." What is the reason for this and how to solve it?Â

Your new microphone does not work for following reason. Let you follow my bellows instructions :

Your new microphone USB port may damage. You should check it by connect with others PC

Your computer USB port may have technical problem, so you should check it by connect another USB device.

Your windows may affect in virus, So you should repair your windows XP for restore missing files.

Your microphone cable may damage, so you should check your microphone cable.
