I get an error always when ever we try cineform quicktime file to render from After Effects CS5, i need this badly so please someone help me. thanks

Hello Judith,
You will need to check what makes your H: drive. Is it an USB external hard disk drive? If it an external HDD, is it an NTFS or FAT32. Note that FAT32 file systems cannot be able to hold more than 4096 MBs. Such a case may be a possible cause to the problem that you are getting right now.
In the event that your HDD is internal, you will need to look out for the bad sectors. In case you only have a single partition on the HDD you will need to make more partitions. If you are using a 1 terabyte HDD then you should use the sea tools which is a product of seagate, and then check the system for more partitions.
