I cannot upload photos to the web using Picasa 3.8.0

I am trying to upload photos from Picasa 3.8.0 on my Windows 7 pc. I am trying to make my web albums. But I get some problems here. An error occurred here:

Error: com.google.photos.service.storage. PhotoService Exception: Error: 2 Account_Error at com.google.photos.service.storage.PhotoServiceException.mapStatusCode (PhotoServiceException.java:79)

I am using an 80GB account and I want to continue this profile. The major space of this account is free.

I just found out a solution in your problem. The error is being caused by uploading a very large quantity of pictures to Picasa web and the picture that you have already uploaded in picasa should not be reuploaded to google+ because the pictures that you upload in picasa web will be stored on your Google account and to give you a note this error is not related to the amount of free space you still have. Please try uploading your files in a slowly manner for the server not to have trouble with your files just upload few pictures and I think there are some rules of the size of the picture of the image
