I cannot find the popup for saving image HTML. I want to download a picture from my Facebook account but it seems like when I click the download button there are no image or indication that pops up on my screen. I already tried it twice but still the same problem occurs.
Expecting some help from you guys.

Sometimes it may cause due to errors in your browser. There may be errors with browser popup which may leads to blank popup or no popup at all.
* Try resetting your browser which will sometimes solve your problem.
* If you are using Firefox browser Click on "Firefox" and then "help". Then select "troubleshooting Information" and click on "rest Firefox". This will not erase your bookmarks or cookies.
* In Google Chrome select "settings" and then "options". Then from the options select "under the hood" and click on "reset to defaults".
* Resetting the browser will solve your problem unless the Facebook application does not have any errors within the applications. Try downloading dome more pictures from Facebook with other browsers and if problem still persists try resetting.
