Hello there,
I use Jive for my Outlook projects. It used to work fine, but now I can’t turn my mail message into a discussion. I get the posted error when I post from Outlook 2010.
The connector is still able to locate and return Jive spaces so I am sure server connectivity is not the problem. I uninstalled then re-installed the connector to ensure that it is the latest version.
What else should I do?

Hello Adams,
If you made any recent changes to jive then those changes are the ones causing the issue. You can try restoring the application to its factory settings and see if that will resolve the issue. If the error persists, you can as well try doing its reinstallation.

This problem has occurred for several reasons. You Have to make sure that which version using is compatible with the operating system. And make sure that your computer is not attacked by any virus. Use a good anti virus software.Â
You can restore your settings if you had made any changes of that software. If it is not helpful, you have to re-install the operating system and then install the software. I hope this may work.
