I can’t enable Analytics on the Admin portal. The button in Reporting –> Settings –> Analytics has been grayed out, preventing me from utilizing user reports including Community Manager reports. It does confirm the application of the Analytics Module in License Information.

You will need to check the expiry date of the application and make sure that it has not expired. In case it has, you will need to renew the license. Otherwise that could be just a bug in the application itself and therefore you will need to try restarting it and if the error persists you can reinstall it.
