I recently installed puresight content filter and wingate. The problem I am having is I can not seem to get puresight to block anything. Both of the licenses are correct. Any suggestions?

I understand your concern about PureSight not able to filter anything. You should do these steps so that PureSight filtering works.
1) You should check and be sure that Redirect ENS/WGIC Sessions are checked under the Sessions tab.
2) You must add all the users of your computer that you want to filter.
3) You should set your filtering criteria at a very low percentage.
4) And you can also add an entry to PureSights ban list to make sure the filtering works.
