Finally , I bought HP pavilion DV6 laptop and i use with it windows Crystal XP and suddenly i had some keys started having extra letters added as when i type , i get like that ( 6 give hy6 , y give hy6 and so on … ) so please i need the solution quickly
That’s a problem of your keyboard’s driver software I think. You said that you are using crystal XP in your laptop. This is not a good option may be because laptop’s has its own windows version. You must be recommended to use that. General windows can be also used just like you are using but not all XP versions.  Crystal XP is not a full version of Windows XP. Crystal XP doesn’t have many figures. But its also have many new figures. So it is not sweet able for all kind of laptop. Windows XP professional service pack 2 is the best option or Windows 7.
You can also take that laptop to the service center of that company. They have to serve you because it is new and it has warranty.Â
