I have damaged 8 GB micro SD card. Some times it identifies the matching but cannot open the SD card. There are lots of important data inside this SD card. Is there software that can explore the SD card and repair it?

I think at first you need to know that the card is creating the problem or the phone? I think the problem is in your phone but if the problem is in your memory card then don't crash that. You can recover the pictures in the memory card by using Stellar Memory Card Photo Recovery Software.

This problem might have been caused by either improper handling of the device or because your SD Card is too old and therefore caused the problem. At the moment there is no software that can help you out. However, you can format the device to make it function properly again. Follow the steps very carefuly to avoid data loss in the process. Use SD card file recovery tool to try recovering data ->format SD card ->re-use the program to recover more data.
