Hi guys , Can someone suggest me a good screen recording program,which must not require root access ,

Try using portable screen recording software such as CamStudio.
Portable application,or sometimes called standalone, is created to independently run from your OS. This is usually installed on a portable device such as USB or external HD.
You can get CamStudio here:Â
After downloading the software, install it to any location. It is a very light application that can be used for giving out video instructions.
To check if the software does or does not use root access. Go to Control Panel, check the programs installed under Install/Uninstall. You can just copy and paste the folder where CamStudio is located without getting any error.
For other option, try using:
- Screenshot Captor
- FastStone Capture

You can find many screen recording software out there with no root access. Ezvid is the top of all and highly rated by many people. It has a great user-interface and is very easy to use. It is a free program with many features. I recommend you to use this one.
