I am having a web browser related problem i.e. when I use my pre’s internet browser, it loads pages at the bottom of the said page and I have to scroll twice to reach the top of the page. How would I correct this trouble?

That is happening possibly because you have slow internet connection speed and therefore the pages are taking too long to load. You will need to troubleshoot problems with internet speed.

  • You will need to make sure that you have not opened excessively many tabs which may be consuming a lot of bandwidth and therefore slowing down the internet.
  • If you have some downloads in progress, you might need to pause them for a while and then refresh the pages and see if they will load well.

If you are using broadband, check the signal strength as indicated by the bars. If the bars are very few you might need to restart the broadband internet connection to refresh the settings so as to be internet speed faster.
