Hi,

I want to get help about the ExtendedDisplay Identification Data (EDID) driver of my NEC monitor. I am unable to calibrate my monitor colors on Mac OS X. Is there problem with my drivers? Or I have to uninstall and reinstall the driver? Please help me out, What should I do?

Thanks

You must check your Mac OS X System Preferences to resolve this issue. Try to do the following.

·         Open the Displays applet from Mac OS X System Preferences panel

·         Ensure that the display is set to the Native resolution

·         Ensure Colors is set to Millions

·         Set the Brightness slider to your preferred value(default is approximately 60%)

·         Now choose the Color tab

·         Search the list of Display Profiles for one that matches your display and select it.

·         Press the Calibrate button.

Hope it will work.

Hi Meigs,
You are getting a problem and you have Extended Identification data driver for your NEC monitor and it is not working so you should to first check files its source file if there is any crash file you have so it will not work properly and there is only resolution is that you should to get the complete setup with all files so it will work properly. Hopefully this information will help you.

Thanks
