I have purchased tickets online and I am trying to print them, but I cannot get them to print. What are my options to access these tickets if I cannot get them to print? I do not have a smart phone that I can pull them up to use them that way. What settings can I change to get this to work? Thank you.
I am having issues printing tickets
First of all, you have to download and save the soft copy of the tickets you have purchased, in to your computer. Then only it is possible to send the tickets to the printer, in order to get their hard copies.
The errors in downloading and saving the tickets' images can be solved by contacting the particular ticket agents.
However, if the process of sending files to the printer fails, you can also try getting a screen shot of the tickets as they are displayed on the screen and then taking the printouts of the saved images of the tickets.
