I am wondering how to make a perfect plan and should I include contingencies? Evidently things can change, or even go wrong, should the plan have "backup" strategies for what to do if something unexpected happens, to plan for the possible unexpected and what to do if each event happens?

In order to create a plan, you must first have the know-how in your field and the environment that is encircling you to consider in your plans, what I just did, as the president of a COESS, is that, I would know all the qualities and personalities of each one before planning to organize things and delegate all the tasks to each person around me. Lastly, you have to create plans A-Z, that is so essential in the planning, if you are the type of person that has all the knowledge inside your head and is automatically popping out during the crisis or event, don't worry, trust your instincts and analysis.
