Hi,

I keep getting HTTP Error 500.19 – Internet Server Error, when upgrading Office Communicator phone edition firmware URLS on Windows 2008.

 

Anyone knows how to get this done?

Hallo Brien,

To resolve that error, you will need to use the following procedure:

  • First, you will need to check and  see what could be going on in the web.config file.
  • You will need to make sure that you  back it up before you go ahead and make any changes to it.
  • After that you will need to trace the” <staticContent /> “line.
  • Erase that line from the web.config.
  • After you have done that, the error message should be gone and your site should start working again.
