I'm currently making my own website. I would like to put an add picture command to it but I can't seem to do it. I guess there's something wrong with html codes I'm using. Do you know any html templates for this?

    As you are trying to put the function that can add picture on your web-site so there is a little lack of knowledge here.
You didn't say that either you wanted to add the add picture button only or you wanted to add the function in the page.
If you want to add this function then you'll be needing to use PHP also along with the HTML so the implementation will be fine!
