I want to ask a question its related to HTC Wildfire S. This smartphone have many problems like camera not working good and synchronization problem in it is really disappointing I can't synchronize any files using this smartphnoe in PC. So please tell me how to fix this. Thanks in advance.

Unfortunately there is nothing much that can be done about improving the quality of the camera, but syncing your files with your PC can be done.
I think you need to reinstall your sync software once again. To start with, visit the HTC site here to download the latest updates to HTC Sync. Download the latest updates. Install the latest updates. Register your phone once again. Now attempt to sync once again. If you are facing problems once again, stop your Antivirus program temporarily and try once again. Hope this should have solved your problem.
