Hello experts,

I purchased an HTC Smartphone under AT&T. I am disabled and would want to use the Bluetooth feature of this phone. But the AT&T downloaded an auto-answer app from the App Store. And to end it, I will need to hit the button on my Bluetooth. Can anyone suggest what to do with this or any devices that works better than this one?

I Would recommend completely deleting that app from your phone, the I would simply pair the Bluetooth receiver that you are using. Usually in your settings on the HTC you will see a Bluetooth option. That would eliminate the auto-answer problem you are having. I have a lot of experience with Samsung Galaxy S3 and believe that would be the best option for you because of all the accessibility options that would be ideal, and can be customized to your needs. I believe the HTC does have some of these so I would also take a look in your settings for an accessibility options.
