Announced to be released this May, I've been waiting for the new HTC One X to hit the market, I wonder what's holding up the release of this mobile phone and has anybody seen one out already?

Previously it was banned because there was a charge against HTC phones bt international Trade Commission(ITC) for violating one of apple's software patents. Then HTC remake it and disable some of its functions. After that it is ready for marketing and now having shipments . But HTC ONE X is being stopped by US customs and now they are double checking if HTC ONE X is following all the rules of ITC  and verifying them .There is no clear deadline when the verification will be completed and US customs come to a decision.
