I have a HTC Explorer with htc firefox. When trying to access the application, it just stay blank and pure white appears on the screen. How can I fix this problem? Thanks

As a rule of thumb to troubleshooting mobile phones or smartphones, isolating the issue is the key. First, power-cycle or hard reboot your handset by removing the battery without turning off the phone. Then put back the battery and turn it back on. Try to browse if it fixes the problem. If the problem is not resolved by power-cycling, try to identify if a newly installed application has caused the browser not to work. If the browser is working prior to having a new app, you may need to uninstall the app. Is Firefox mobile version your default browser or was it something you just installed and prefer to use? If it’s the default browser upon purchase of the handset, try using a different browser to see if you can browse using another browser. If you just installed Firefox and was not your default browser, you may need to uninstall and reinstall it.
