If you are talking about the widget clock not coinciding with the phone clock, then the issue can be resolved by simply going to settings on the widget and adjusting the time zone to coincide with yours. This is the main problem that HTC Desire S users complain about. You can just delete the widget and add a new widget then make sure you set the correct time zone and you will be fine. Also set your phone to network date and time and it will update appropriately.

If the time on your phone is constantly changing even if you already set the correct time, try checking if the “Automatic time zone” option is turned on. It is probably what’s causing the time to change from time to time. On your phone, tap on the menu icon then go to Settings and then select “Date & time”. In “Date & time” screen, if you see “Automatic time zone” is checked, tap on it to turn it off. See image.

After this, check if the time on your phone will still change from time to time. If the problem has not changed, try checking if “Automatic date & time” is enabled. Repeat the same steps to go to “Date & time” and then verify if the “Automatic date & time” option is activated. If it is checked, tap on “Automatic date & time” to uncheck it and then check your phone again if the time will still change. See image.
