Hp quick launch buttons drivers problem

HI,

I have a problem regarding quick launch buttons. After I upgrade my laptop from Vista to Windows 7, I’ve realized that a driver was missing the one for the quick launch buttons. I’ve install for Vista, but when I’m using Win 7, it tells me right that I have the wrong driver for my OS. Is there any way to solve this?

Thanks.

Hi,
Sometimes electrical components need to have all power sources removed and reintroduced to work properly.
Try performing a hard reset first.
To Perform A Hard Reset follow this instruction:

  > Shut down the computer by going to the Start menu and selecting shut down.
  > Disconnect the AC Adapter from the notebook.
  > Remove the battery from the bottom of the notebook.  There will be a switch/button to eject the battery.
  > Wait at least 1 minute with all power sources disconnected.
  > Reinsert the battery and reconnect the AC Adapter and power on the notebook.

Hope it helps.

Thanks
Franke Mary
