Hello experts,

When I was trying to open HP ProLiant Integrated Management I got this error message box. I was a little bit surprised because is the first error that I have after a while. Everything worked fine and can anyone help me to fix this? Should I be worried that this error appeared?

Thanks!

If this is what’s happening when you are using the HP ProLiant Integrated Management Log Viewer then try following these and see if it works for you. In case your Integrated Lights-Out 2 [iLO 2] is no longer responding, shut down your server and remove the power cords for around ten seconds. Next, install the latest iLO 2 firmware 2.07. You can download it from HP Integrated Lights-Out 2 Firmware.

This has to be done because of the number of issues associated to “iLO 2 not responding” that has been fixed before. You also need to install iLO 2 Channel Interface Driver 1.15 as well as iLO 2 Management Driver 1.14. For the channel interface driver, download it from HP ProLiant iLO 2 Management Interface Driver 1.15 x64.

It requires Windows 2003, Windows 2008, Windows Server 2003, and Windows Server 2008 all x64. If you need the x86 version of the driver, visit HP ProLiant iLO 2 Management Interface Driver 1.15 x86. For the iLO 2 Managemenr Driver, download it from HP ProLiant iLO 2 Management Controller Driver 1.14.
