Hello,

My HP LaserJet color printer CP5225 keeps getting a problem in the midway of printing a page and stops working then showing a message error 55.0601. I reconnected the device with my pc for solution but failed. Please kindly provide the possible solution of this problem for me.

For this problem, you can try out these four solutions I recommend. Usually, having this error is caused by an internal hardware malfunction. You can first try turning off the power and wait for thirty seconds before turning it on again. Just patiently wait for the printer to set up and initialize.

If that fails, the problem might be with the connector, it might be jammed. Check the connector and remember to always remove the orange tab in the cartridge if it is new.
