Hi Everyone,

I am updating the HP Insight Virtual Machine Manager using Incremental Update Installer. I got an HP Insight Management 7.2 Update from HP's website, While installation, It alerts to turn off the anti-virus for the patch update and stops the HP Systems Insight Manager service and the dependent services. Will that ok to turn off the anti-virus,

Please guide me,

As long you have a licensed Anti-Virus it is okay to turn off the anti-virus when your update manager says to. They tell you to turn off the anti-virus so that no intervention occurs. If you didn't know anti-viruses have a firewall which blocks definite properties of a program. So don't hesitate to turn off your anti-virus when the update manager asks you to do so.
