Hi. The steps for HP Deskjet 3520 ink refill require you to load the paper into the printer as the first step by opening the door of the tray, pulling out the tray and then the extension of the tray. Remove the paper from the tray if it is not the same as the one which was to be loaded. Push the stack and then slide the paper in. The cartridge can then be replaced after you turn on the power button and then wait for it to completely load itself. The tab on the front of the cartridge needs to be pressed inward. After this, you need to pull it so that it can be removed from the slot. The orange tab can be pulled so as to remove the plastic wrap from the new cartridge.
Then, remove the orange cap from the cartridge and then push the cartridge into the slot with the nozzle’s face down. The steps should be repeated for replacing other cartridges if any and at the end, close the access door of the cartridge.
