Presently, I do have two networks in my house; the network plan from Sprint and the WiFi. But I’m not yet familiar on how to use the WiFi.
I would like to us both of my networks at the same time, is that possible for my mobile phone?
So it means that you have two WiFi connection in your house and you can't maximize it with your mobile phone? Well mobile phones are designed to use WiFi and at the same time it could also be used to access packet data from you service provider. Now regarding your question, it is not possible because you only have on WiFi device inside your mobile phone. If you are using a laptop or a PC it is possible. But your WiFi can act as a fail-over when the other one is down, then you just simply connect to the other WiFi connection. If you want to speed up your WiFi then I suggest that you ask your service provider to upgrade the bandwidth but it will surely come with a price.
This actually depends on what kind of mobile phone you have. If it is a smart phone, then most likely it would have WiFi capability as such a capability has become more of a standard these days with may mobile phones due to the need of consumers to be connected.
First check you phone's specification if it supports WiFi connectivity. If it does, it should have configuration saved somewhere in the Menu most likely under Settings. Just let it detect your network if your network is broadcasting its SSID, and connect to it then enter your encryption key. Otherwise if it's hidden, just add the network information manually and you're good to go.

Phones aren't designed to use rj-45, since it is totally different hardware that is why you can’t use your Sprint connection. But you can connect your phone to internet directly thru WiFi if your phone is WiFi ready. Check your phone specifications.
If it is WiFi ready, then the phone can detect available wireless networks. If you’re phone did not able to detect the wireless connection from your home, then you must try to restart your wireless router. If still your phone did not detect any wireless signal, then you need to go to the network option of your mobile phone and then select the WiFi connectivity in the phone, it will scan and search for the connection and when a service provider is found connect to that; you are ready to use the internet connection through a WiFi network.

You will only be able to use the WiFi internet on the phone if the phone is WiFi enabled, and therefore you should go to the phone and look for the WiFi settings under the phone's general settings. It could be easier if you could have said which kind of mobile phone you are using so as to explain to you the right steps to trace the WiFi settings.
But assuming your phone has WiFi and it is a Nokia, just go to the general settings of the phone, and then look for WiFi on wireless connectivity from there. Turn on the WiFi in case it is off, and then search for the wireless networks within range. You should see your wireless network among the found ones and then save it so that next time you will not need to search for it again. If you are not using IP addresses on the network, you can begin to surf the internet immediately.

It is possible to use both networks but it can't be use working at the same time. When saying both, you can alternately use the other network whenever the other network slows down due to bandwidth issue.

Network and Internet
Network and Sharing Center
Change Adapter Settings
Right click Wireless Network Connection
Left click Connect/Disconnect
Choose the network you want to connect
If want to use the other, disconnect from the current and connect to the other network name of yours
In this type of networking, you are using 1 way or the other, but it can't be use working at the same time. But if you are more than 1 computer, then you can set the other network to connect to Sprint and other is to Wi-Fi.
