How to use my Toshiba data lifeguard tools? I lend my Toshiba laptop from a friend and when it was returned to me there are so many viruses and malicious ware data that lessen my processor speed and they are all hidden. My files are unable to be open, I need an easy recovery tool.
Please help me use data lifeguard tools.

This program can recover files that have been deleted. Even the files in the recycle bin that have been deleted. Files that are deleted from SD card, memory card can be also recovered.

Before you recover anything, you should need to address the first issue, which is the virus and malware problem. You would need to download a virus or malware protection software, to clean your system. After that, check your system or files if it is corrupted or not, run Scan disk for the meanwhile.
If you still can't open your file, try some recovery software like Disk Internals UNdelete and the like available in the market.
