As you have mentioned, you want to use Mondrian on Glassfish server. For this, you need install the latest version of this. If you search in the internet you will find many sites from where you can get the new version. And to pool Mondrian connection on glassfish you should use olap4j and jdbc because the connection created through olap4j is jdbc compatible and it can be pooled. Hope this could be a help.
