Hi, How to upload a picture to phone from computer? because I will be able upload a picture but does not want to enter my phone? What is the proper procedure for upload to? Any help I receive from the expert I do sincerely thank you? Respectfully, Vina

Unfortunately, you forgot to mention what kind of phone you are using so I can give you only few general tips how to solve your problem.
 
In case you can connect your phone to the computer using the USB cable, do that. Your system should detect the new device and install the drivers. Also, it would be good to look at the phone developers webpage if there is any software you can use. 
When your phone is plugged in via USB cable, use the phone software or just copy and paste the images to your phone.
 
If you have the Bluetooth USB stick, and your phone supports Bluetooth, you can always transfer files that way. Note that you will most likely need to pair the devices in order to transfer files and make sure you don't forget to turn the Bluetooth on on your phone.
 
If everything else fails, you can always upload your images somewhere and then connect to the internet via your mobile phone to download them.
