Am in need of some source of information on how to troubleshoot errors related to canada 210 not responding error code. Preferably, some one can explain to me the steps I can undertake to do it.

As you've not mentioned whether it's the keyboard or the mouse which is giving the error i can't really pinpoint the solution. Usually however such error's arise because of incomplete or faulty installation. You can reinstall the drivers if you have them and also try and run repair on your windows once.
