I want to trigger workflow from the sugar workflow plugin.
Is it possible?

Basically workflows are features that are found in the commercial versions of Sugar, help you to ensure that the business processes are followed and enable you to automate the repetitive task easily. Whenever a workflow is triggered, in order for evaluation by other workflows the target record is received.
In order to trigger a workflow must have one condition. Triggers are of two kinds:
